Born in Salvador, Brazil, Fernanda Noronha began singing at the age of 13 at religious events and church choir. By sixteen she decided to become a professional musician and performed with many groups in order to gain experience. She sang in pubs, restaurants, hotels, casinos and music festivals in Brazil and Portugal. Fernanda’s passion for jazz had a huge inuence in the development of her style. She cites in particular the music of Sarah Vaughan and Stevie Wonder, as well as Brazilian musicians Joao Gilberto and Leni Andrade as her major inuences.
Performing on stage accompanied by singer and guitarist Jair Luz, Fernanda explored the Brazilian jazz repertoire and while touring small venues and national festivals in Brazil and Portugal. Her songs reveal many musical inuences like bossa-nova, samba, soul, rhythm & blues and jazz. Fernanda relocated to the US in the summer of 2011 and calls Atlantahome. Her self titled debut album was released in 2015 and is listed by the Brazilian International Press Awards as one of the top ve albums by a new artist. Fernanda is considered, by her producers and by the public, one of the best Brazilian vocalists and performers inthe US for the last four years. With more than 500 songs in her repertoire, Fernanda has been showcasing her own compositions, Brazilian classics and international hits in the US and Brazil.

On Rafael Pereira’s Tribo Records label, in association with Ropeadope, the EP is due for worldwide release on December 4, 2015
